STUDIO PROCEDURES FOR COVID-19 PANDEMIC

For the protection of both the photographer and clients, Brian Pasko Photography LLC will conduct all portrait sessions using the following protocols:

  • All portrait sessions will be conducted outdoors and on location; no indoor or studio portrait sessions are being offered at this time.
     
  • Portrait sessions will be limited to a maximum of 5 attendees, all of whom must reside in the same household; All participants will be asked to complete an online health screening 24 hours prior to the portrait session; Photographer will adhere to social distancing guidelines with all clients and participants throughout the portrait session.
     
  • Photographer will use a 70-200mm telephoto or similar lens that will allow photographer to maintain at least six feet of distance between camera and subject.
     
  • Photographer will wear a mask at any point in a portrait session where social distancing cannot be safely maintained, or throughout the entire session at the request of the Client or any portrait session attendee.
     
  • Photographer will not approach Client or any other portrait subject to assist with posing or to adjust clothing or hair. Photographer will instead use no-touch posing methods, verbal instructions, and/or the assistance of another attendee that is a member of the Client/portrait subject's household when necessary. 
     
  • Photographer will use and make available to Client hand sanitizer and alcohol wipes throughout the portrait session, and will take care to fully disinfect all equipment prior to and during the session as required.
     
  • Payment for all services and products will be sent via an electronic invoice for contactless payment.
