A Private Affair

As far as love affairs go, Holly and Rasmussen’s wedding on a friend’s private estate near Sandy Oregon was literally up in the air amazing. (So much so that the owner of the estate even took me up in his private helicopter to get a birds eye view of the wedding reception after the ceremony!)

Cape Horn Wedding

Gloria and Andrew were married at Cape Horn Estate overlooking the beautiful Columbia River Gorge in Washington State. The 100 year-old renovated Grange building on the property provided an escape from the summer sun and heat and the perfect place to create beautiful formal portraits of their culturally diverse family.

The Hitchin’ Post

Last month I had the honor of shooting Sarah and KC’s beautiful country wedding at Postlewaits in Canby, Oregon. The outdoor wedding was complete with a Hawaiian Lua dance (led by the bride) and the property’s “Hitchin Post Saloon” made for a good bit of wedding party fun! Congratulations Sarah and KC!

Scott and Kristina – Wedding in The Dalles

There always seems to be a lot of talk about large weddings these days, but there’s really something to be said for the small and intimate ones too. Here are some images of Scott and Kristina’s beautiful wedding in The Dalles, which took place in a friend’s home high up on the mountainside where they were surrounded by a handful of close friends and family members (and a couple of photographers who where privileged to capture the moment).
