Devlin is a senior at Liberty High School who wanted his senior pictures to be created at Orenco Woods Nature Park in Hillsboro.

Devlin and his mom are quite fond of the park, especially it’s bridges and the fall colors. Devlin’s mom is an engineer and Devlin hopes to follow in her footsteps. Devlin says that after high school he wants to earn a degree in Aerospace Engineering. “After that, my dream job is to go work at SpaceX,” he says.

When it came time for outfits for his high school senior pictures, the choice for Devlin was easy. “I have a sport coat that I like to wear. I personally enjoy getting dressed up in dress shirts and suits, I just don’t get the opportunity very often.”
Devlin is a distance runner. He’s been on the Liberty High School’s cross country team for three years and also competes with the distance team during the track season.

Outside of sports, Devlin has passion for history, writing, and engineering. He’s currently reading “A Game of Thrones” by George R.R. Martin. And enjoys listening to Green Day and Panic! at the Disco.

And he dabbles a bit in politics too! Last year, Devlin served as a student representative to the Hillsboro School District Board of Directors. He says, “That meant that I got to sit at all of our school board meetings and ask questions, as well as meet our superintendent, his cabinet, and all of our school board members.”
