It’s the same story that you hear about in fairy tales and romance novels and during family bedtime stories: two people meet randomly, start talking, fall in love.

Only for Jennifer and Charlie, the story happens to be true!

One evening they met by happenstance at a restaurant near Esther Short Park in Vancouver, Washington. Years later they came to the realization that they didn’t have any photographs of the two of them together. And last week they they gave me the privilege of taking their portraits near the place they first met.
