Rustic Falls is a hidden treasure on Orcas Island. Orcas is the largest island in the San Juan archipelago located in the Salish Sea of Northwest Washington.

Rustic Falls is found alonf a small creek inside Moran State Park on Orcas Island. On a normal day, the water gently cascades about 10 feet into a shallow pool below the falls. But the forces of nature and the movement of water are present in the large old growth tree that sits on top of the falls. And the long exposure tells the story of change over time.
