Wyatt is quiet, polite, and a bit shy. So it might surprise you to learn that he’s one of Oregon City High School’s football stars.
In fact, Wyatt plays football and track at Oregon City High School. He also enjoys snowboarding.
He loves’ working out and knows a lot about physical training and sports nutrition.
When he’s not on the field competing, Wyatt likes to draw and paint and is also into photography.
He loves going on spontaneous trips. And he dreams of going on a cruise and relaxing after making it through his high school career.
Ironically, I first met Wyatt at the end of his junior year. His girlfriend, Scarlet, twisted his arm into taking portraits before going to Prom.
But as it turns out, the three of us had a blast. And together we created some stunning images of the two of them in their formal dress and suit.
After the prom portrait session, both Scarlet and Wyatt were excited about getting together again to create their high school senior pictures. Wyatt gave me a huge compliment when he told me, “it was a lot of fun. You made it really easy to be myself and feel comfortable.”
For Wyatt’s high school senior portraits, he wanted to capture a mix of senior pictures. He wanted some images that were outdoors in nature. And he wanted others that were taken in a more urban environment.
So, I bet Wyatt and his mom were a bit shocked when I suggested we take his high school senior pictures at a wastewater treatment plant!
But it turns out that the Wilsonville Waste Water Treatment Plant is a near-perfect location for high school senior portraits. It’s actually a beautiful park, with a man-made waterfall, colorful trees, and gorgeous landscaping.
The Wilsonville Wate Water Treatment Plant also had industrial buildings, concrete walls, steel pipes, and other urban architecture. The mix of the natural and industrial features at this location provide a cornucopia of background choices. And it guaranteed Wyatt a lot of variety in his high school senior pictures.
Of course, we couldn’t stop at high school senior portraits. We also made time for some family portraits too. We captured images of Wyatt and his mom. And there’s no way that Scarlet was going to let us wrap up without a few pictures with her and her man.
